What is the THE SEASON?
A weekly Slow Flowers subscription, but it’s not your average subscription model: we are using the CSA model. A CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) is a direct relationship between you and the people growing your flowers (me!). THE SEASON gives you a weekly subscription (‘share’) of Kingsville grown Slow Flowers, billed one month at a time, which supports the growing activity, and means it’s a set-and-forget for you. This is your ‘share’ of the harvest, so you get the first pick of stems that were cut within the last 24 hours from a garden that is quite literally, just around the corner!
THE SEASON will give you a weekly arrangement of Kingsville-grown flowers for the remainder of the spring season. For our first season of the CSA, the founding shares are billed every 4 weeks, at a cost of $40/arrangement per week. That’s a 20% saving from buying one-off arrangements!
THE SEASON - SPRING: September, October, November
Spring produces some of the most coveted cut flowers in the world, and they are growing right here in Kingsville. Your spring share will include harvests from my raised beds growing ranunculus (Picasso Burgundy, Pink, Yellow, Romantic, Florentine Pastel), anemones (De Caen Blue, bi-colour, pink, double blue), daffodils (White Lion, Ice King, Full House, Golden Lion, High Society, Double Safina), freesias (Morning Sun, Blue Bayou, Starlight, Purple Rain), and Green Trick carnation, alongside stock, calendula and cornflower as the season builds.
These flowers are grown free of pesticides, using regenerative and sustainable farming practices, and have no associated transport emissions (other than pick up!).

Donate a 72-cell tray of Kingsville-grown, pesticide free pollinator-friendly seedlings to your local school or childcare centre of choice.
Weekly bunches for 12 weeks of Spring· 12-15 stems per bunch · Pick up at the corner in Kingsville or at Westerly café.
