March
Plant information guide with uses, height, width and growing conditions developed and provided to FWPS to contribute to student learning.
May
Snails found the native seedlings and particularly like eating the pink and white everlasting daisies! I sowed another tray of seedlings, which has grown slowly over winter.
July
Second school visit for a student co-design session on an identified site for garden uplift. This session considered the current use of the space, and students had ideas such as a rainbow flower forest and logs for them to sit on while enjoying the space.
Next steps
Provide soil testing guidance to FWPS so they can begin rehabilitation of the garden bed.
